Sea creature steps ..

Im sorry i said i would post this step by step days ago :( .

I bought a bald cap around Halloween at the dollar store and been cutting it since. Using the pieces on freestyle home projects. 
First i blocked out my eyebrows with wax .

Then i started gluing the latex piece .  

 

 Make sure you leave yourself a breathing hole while you cut out your mouth hole.

 

I painted a even tone and started my paint job. Also started fabricating my fin for ear cover.

 

glued the fins, and finished my paint job (all of it) .
